Junior Estimator
Taylor began her journey at Fermol as an Administrative Assistant and has recently taken on the additional role of Junior Estimator, expanding her skills and knowledge within the countertop industry. A recent graduate with a degree in Communication from California State University San Marcos, she has enjoyed applying her organizational and communication strengths to support the team and contribute to Fermol’s continued success. In her evolving role, Taylor is learning the estimating side of the business, gaining hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of project coordination and cost management. She values the opportunity to grow alongside a collaborative and hardworking team, learning how each department plays a part in delivering quality results.

Juan Villanueva
Project Manager
Juan Villanueva has been a dedicated and highly respected member of the Fermol Inc. team since 2018, showcasing a remarkable journey of growth and leadership within the company. He began his career at Fermol as an Installation Helper, where he quickly developed his skills before advancing to Lead Installer. In that role, Juan excelled through his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
In 2021, Juan transitioned into the office, becoming an key part of Fermol’s Project Team. His hands-on experience and technical knowledge paved the way for his advancement to Project Manager, where he now oversees projects from estimating through completion. In this role, Juan oversees Fermol’s estimating team, ensuring accuracy in cost assessments and seamless coordination with foremen, factories, and clients. He continues to review project plans, cabinet designs, and shop drawings—maintaining the precision and high standards that define Fermol’s work.
Born in California and raised in Mexico, Juan embraces his rich cultural heritage and enjoys returning to Mexico for inspiration and connection. His diverse background, leadership, and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable part of the Fermol family.
Hunter Tejada
Business Development Coordinator
Hunter Tejada joined Fermol Inc. as a Business Development Coordinator and has quickly become a promising addition to the team. His responsibilities include estimating, bid follow-ups, building client relationships, and supporting both the foremen and field operations.
