He began his career at Fermol Inc. as an Installation Helper, where he honed his skills before advancing to the role of Lead Installer. Juan excelled in this position, bringing a high level of skill and an unwavering focus on quality.
In 2021, Juan transitioned into the office and became a keypart of Fermol’s Project Team. As Lead Estimator, he plays an important role in reviewing project scopes and creating accurate cost estimates, while keeping client expectations in mind. He works directly with our foremen and factories, reviewing plans, cabinet designs and shop drawings to ensure precision on every project. His strong attention to detail and experience in both the field and office make him a valuable member of the team.
Born in California and raised in Mexico, Juan embraces his rich cultural heritage. He enjoys returning to Mexico, seeking new experiences that continue to inspire his work and personal growth. His diverse background and commitment to excellence make Juan a vital part of the Fermol family.
